All rental payments are due on the 1st of each month without demand, unless stipulated otherwise in the Lease Agreement. As a courtesy, monthly rental statements are emailed by the 25th of the month from Property Management.

A late fee will be assessed, per your lease agreement, if payment is not received in a timely manner. Any questions concerning payments should be directed to the Property Management Office.
